OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Penshmark.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders within 30 days of order shipment date. For all returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label free of charge.
  • Customers may return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date.
  • Select limited-edition styles are eligible for return within 7-14 business days of the shipping date.
  • Please allow up to 10-14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
